His research centers on RF/Analog/Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits (IC), Advanced on-Chip ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Protection for ICs, Systems-on-a-Chip (SoC), IC CAD and Modeling, Nano and Emerging Devices and Circuits.
